Testing techniques vary from off-the-shelf National Instruments measurement devices to custom electronics interface development.

Test systems can include, but are not limited to:

  • Mechanical and Acoustic Sensors
  • Speakers and Acoustic Chambers
  • Wireless Transcievers
  • Actuators/Solenoids
  • Motor Drives

Operator Safety and Lone Worker safety can be assured by utilizing the following devices:

  • Light Curtains
  • Operator Mats
  • Emergency Stop Switch

How It Works

As a product is developed, tests requirements are incorporated from inception to completion. This approach provides full and extensive test coverage, reducing time to manufacturing, and producing high quality robust products.

What To Expect

The RMED teams will work closely with your Mechanical Design team to create various test fixtures for all stages of the manufacturing process. These can include, but are not limited to:

  • PCB-A verification tests
  • Programming tests
  • Post final assembly testing

We do recognize that all projects and client needs are unique, as such, RMED prides itself for tailoring our process to suit your requirements, wants, and needs. RMED enjoys working closely with all our clients to build a healthy work relationship and rapport so we can all achieve excellence together!
